Chancapiedra is a small, erect plant growing to 30-40 cm tall, with small leaves and small white flowers, the leaves growing on long petioles. It is found in the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas including the Bahamas, southern India and China. The genus Phyllanthus contains more than 600 species of grasses, shrubs and annual or biennial plants, found in tropical and subtropical regions of both hemispheres. A very close species P. emblica is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine under the name Brahmi.

Ingredients:

Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus niruri L)

Preparation:

Pour 5g of the herb with hot water (approx. 80°C), let stand for approximately 15 minutes, then strain and drink.

Recommended dosage:

Adults 2-3 times a day 300 ml, children from 3 years old 1 time a day 300 ml. For a better taste, you can sweeten it with honey.

Approved by the Ministry of Health - Chief Hygienist of the Czech Republic HEM-350-5.01-05-369/1. Not intended for children under 6 years old! Not suitable for people with blood disorders, hemophilia, after organ transplantation and during chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women and for women expecting pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It does not replace a varied diet.
