Ingredients:

nettle leaf, blackcurrant leaf, rosehip, turnip leaf, comfrey leaf, yarrow leaf, mistletoe leaf, horsetail leaf, yarrow leaf

Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let it stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1-2 times a day. The tea can be served long-term, always taking a 2-week break after 6 weeks.
