Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1-2 times a day. When using for longer than one month, a weekly break is appropriate.
