Ingredients:

beetroot 30%, chicory leaves, nettle leaves, heather leaves, rose hips, buttercup leaves, tricolor violet leaves, bean fruit without seeds, yarrow root

Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

The tea can be drunk long-term, 1-3 times a day.
