Tea for early sleep and peaceful dreams.
Ingredients:
dobromysl leaves, lemon balm leaves, thyme leaves, hop cones, primrose flowers, chamomile flowers, heartwort leaves, passionflower leaves, lavender flowers
Preparation:
One level tablespoon is poured with 1/4 liter of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
Recommended dosage:
Drink about an hour before going to bed. The tea is not addictive!
