Ingredients:
peppermint leaves, rose hips, black elderflower, black currant leaves, plantain leaves, willow bark, sage leaves, coneflower roots 5%, meadowsweet leaves
Preparation:
One level tablespoon is poured with 1/4 liter of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
