lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, marigold flowers, mistletoe leaves, rosemary leaves, olive leaves, heartwort leaves, horsetail leaves, yarrow leaves

Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1 - 2 times a day. Can be used long-term.
