Ingredients:

birch leaf, heather leaf, goldenrod leaf, strawberry leaf, black elderflower, cranberry leaf, lovage root, burdock leaf, horsetail leaf

Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1 - 2 times a day. It is possible to drink long-term.
