Preparation:

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink 1 - 2 times a day. After 6 weeks of use, it is a good idea to take a 2-week break and then continue using it.
