Tea for a calm tummy and normal balance during pregnancy. Can be used throughout pregnancy.Ingredients:
sea buckthorn fruit, nettle leaf, black currant leaf, rosehip, mountain ash leaf, lemon balm leaf, chamomile flower, marshmallow root, common marigold leaf
Preparation:
Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one tablespoon, let it stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
Recommended dosage:
Drink 1 - 3 times a day.
