For good skin condition.Ingredients:
marigold flower, nettle leaf, black elderflower flower, violet tricolor leaf, chamomile flower, yarrow leaf, St. John's wort leaf, burdock root, valerian root
Preparation:
Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
Recommended dosage:
Drink 1-2 times a day. The drinking cure should last 2 - 3 months, after a 14-day break it can be repeated.
Warning:
In sensitive people, photosensitization is possible.
