Ingredients:
10% extract from a mixture of herbs (stinging nettle, common marigold, marigold flower, true chamomile flower, cinquefoil, St. John's wort, common yarrow, white yarrow) in 35% alcohol
Recommended dosage:
2 x 20 drops per day between meals or on an empty stomach, preferably in a glass of water
