White birch is a tree typical of its white bark pigment. It belongs to the birch family (Betulaceae) and is the most valuable species of birch in Europe. It is planted for the purpose of reclamation of deforested areas, it is not demanding on soil. It is a relatively fast-growing tree, the advantage of its wood is the fact that it burns even when wet.

For phytotherapeutic purposes, the leaf is collected, which has a diuretic effect and is used to support normal health of the lower urinary tract and kidneys. It affects blood cholesterol levels.

Traditional use:
Mix half a teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Use 3–4 times a day.
