Herring salad with beetroot

Classic fish delicacies salads now also in MSC and organic quality. "Red Herring Salad" consists of MSC-certified ingredients and organic sauce. The hearty sauce is prepared from beetroot, cucumbers, onions, apples, celery and fresh mayonnaise from our own production. All ingredients of the mildly spiced sauce come from organic farming.

Ingredients: Skinless herring 35%, rapeseed oil*, water, beetroot* 8.5%, cucumber*, raw cane sugar*, onion*, rice starch*, egg yolk*, brandy vinegar*, apples*, celery*, herbs*, spices*, salt, mustard seed, thickener: guar gum
