Waldorf Salad

The Waldorf Salad was developed in New York at the famous Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and today is one of the great classics of salad cuisine. With fine celery strips (40%), pineapple (12%), apples (7.5%), tangerines (5%) and hazelnuts (3%), in a creamy, fine salad dressing.
