BIO guarana Zdravý den® in capsules is made from the seeds of the Paullinia cupana climbing shrub grown in Brazil according to the rules of organic farming. Guarana positively affects the physical and mental vitality of a person, increases his energy and fights fatigue. It has a beneficial effect on the immune system, body weight control and fat metabolism. It helps normal digestion. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended dosage: 1/2-1 teaspoon per day (approx. 2g) mixed in yogurt, smoothies, porridge or added to juice, tea, milk, cocoa and other drinks.

Nutritional data per 100g: energy value 1335 kJ/ 318 kcal, fat 3g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.4g, carbohydrates 45g, of which sugars 3.3g, fiber 28g, protein 14g, salt 0.13g, caffeine 4g.
