BIO and RAW Guduchi powder Zdravý den® has been used in the Ayurvedic medicine system for several millennia.

It helps mental health (especially memory and concentration), increases stress resistance (adaptogenic effect). Supports normal functions of the respiratory system, urinary tract and blood sugar levels.    

Supports the immune system and the normal condition of joints and skin. Helps normal liver function and  normal fat (lipid) metabolism. Does not contain gluten. It is  suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage:  Mix 1-2g (1/2-1 teaspoon) in water or juice and drink. This amount can be boiled and seasoned with honey.
Recommended dosage: 4g daily (2 teaspoons).
