Spelt spaghetti
Spelt is an ancient grain that was already cultivated by the Celts and ancient Egyptians. For its particularly aromatic and slightly nutty taste, spelt is highly valued among connoisseurs. A special feature is the production using a bronze forming wheel. This roughens the surface of the pasta and allows sauces to be absorbed particularly well into the pasta.
