Gymnema sylvestre is a tropical vine growing up to 8 m long. It grows wild in the regions of southern and central India. It has been a traditional Ayurvedic herb for more than 2,000 years. Another name for the herb, gur – mar or sugar killer, also comes from India.

The collected part of gymnema is simple leaves of elliptical or oval shape. The most important ingredients of gymnema are gymnemic acids, gymnesaponins and gurmarin (peptide).

Gymnema sylvestre contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels. It affects appetite and at the same time supports glucose and fat metabolism. Thanks to these properties, it is also recommended for body weight control.

Recommended dosage: We take 2 capsules 2–3 times a day, 20 min. before meals.
Ingredients: 100% Gymnema sylvestre, 300 mg/capsule, capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
