The delicate peach flavour makes Hampstead Tea Oolong such a great partner to a meal. At Makaibari Estate, the leaves are partially fermented, so you can see the swirls of green between the large twisted - black leaves. But creating these large twisted leaves requires the skill of a master craftsman.
Our semi-fermented Oolong, overflowing with polyphenols, is a tea of balance. Flavourful yet delicate, it has a deliciously fruity peach finish.
Preparation: 2.5g of tea per cup. Steeping time: 3 minutes.
