Legumes are an important source of protein, fiber and minerals, they are an important part of a rational diet due to their low energy value and glycemic index.

Ingredients:

Large-grain lentils, yellow peas, peeled and halved, small white beans, colored beans, colored Adzuki beans, red lentils, peeled and halved, colored Mung beans. May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

Rinse the mixture and soak it in advance for at least 4 hours. Drain the water, rinse and cook in clean water (approx. 1 l of water per 250 g of mixture) in a regular pot for about 50 minutes until the desired consistency. Add salt to taste just before cooking. Use as needed.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and relative humidity of up to 70%.
