Haritaki is a deciduous, massive tree with an oval, bushy crown, growing up to 30 m tall. Its homeland is Southeast Asia. The exact translation of the name is "it washes away, carries away".

Haritaki is recommended to support the body's natural defenses - the immune system, as well as to maintain normal functions of the digestion, digestion, excretion and liver. Beneficial effects have been noted on the nervous system, senses, mind and in stress relief. Haritaki acts as an antioxidant, supports reproductive functions, maintains skin health and contributes to maintaining normal functions of the cardiovascular, respiratory and urinary systems. It affects glucose metabolism and blood cholesterol levels.

Traditional use: Adults 1–2 capsules 2 times a day, children from 3 years old 1 capsule 1 time a day. Take 20 min. before meals.
Ingredients: 100% Terminalia chebula fructus, 375 mg/capsule. Capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Warning: Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dark and dry place. Store in a safe place, out of the reach of children.
