This 100% hazelnut paste is made from nuts that are gently air-roasted using renewable energy and then finely ground. It naturally contains high-quality unsaturated oils, vitamins (E and B1), calcium, iron and magnesium. Since no additives such as hydrogenated fats or emulsifiers are used, the nut oil may separate. This is not a defect in quality and the paste can be stirred before use. Hazelnut paste is excellent for pastries (can be combined with honey, maple syrup, raisins, etc.), for softening desserts, for baking (in cakes, cakes or biscuits), in yoghurt, milkshakes and muesli, for porridge, for flavouring vegetable dishes and as a base for salad dressings. Mix with cocoa, vanilla, a little oil and honey or maple or agave syrup to get a great healthy spread.
