Hemheal is a herbal ointment for the care of the anal area that can help with hemorrhoid problems. When applied before stool excretion, it acts as a lubricant that can affect the tension on the hemorrhoidal veins and thus help the free passage of stool. Neem oil has an anti-inflammatory effect.
