This hemp seed is mechanically peeled without the use of heat, and is therefore also suitable for vegetarians. It has a delicate, slightly nutty taste. We add it to salads, spreads, yogurts, smoothies, muesli and vegetable mixtures, to pasta and stir-fry right on the plate. It contains a high proportion of protein and valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are destroyed by heat, so it is a shame to heat treat the seed.
