Herb salt is a combination of fine sea salt and traditional Czech and Italian herbs. It will give dishes a pleasant herbal taste and aroma along with the delicate saltiness of sea salt. It has a wide range of uses in the preparation of dishes.
Ingredients: sea salt (max. 92%), a mixture of dried herbs (parsley, basil, marjoram, savory, oregano, chives)
Use: Herb salt is suitable for preparing a wide range of dishes. It can be used to season roasted and boiled vegetables, soups and sauces. It also has its place when grilling meat, cheese and vegetables.
Herb butter – we need:
- 250 g butter;
- approx. 1 tablespoon of herb salt.
Procedure: Let the butter soften at room temperature and then rub it together with the salt and herb mixture. Let the finished mixture set in a bowl or molds for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Use as needed.
Storage: Keep dry and close carefully.
