(1 tablet): magnesium 270mg (magnesium oxide) - 72% RDI, vitamin B6 2mg (pyridoxine) - 140% RDI, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate. RDI = reference intake value

Recommended dosage:

1-2 tablets daily.
