Preparation:
Pour 1 level tablespoon of the herb into 250 ml of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
max. 2-3 cups per day.

The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not consume in case of heart and kidney disease and in case of swelling of any origin. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
