Ingredients (in 1 infusion bag):
Buckwheat leaf 640 mg, black elderflower flower 320 mg, violet leaf 320 mg, turnip leaf 160 mg, marigold flower.
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let steep for 15 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
2 cups per day.
