Ancient Asian doctors regularly used the abilities of this mushroom, called An Shen (calming the spirit). Under the name Lion's Mane is a mushroom with the technical name Hericium. The mushroom is one of the jewels of TČM and in nature you would find it on the trunks of deciduous trees, especially beeches and oaks. In Asia it is sought after for its unusual taste reminiscent of seafood. It is a very rare type of edible mushroom with a high content of bioactive substances. Dosage: 2-6 capsules per day, can be divided into two doses, 5 days a week and 2 days off or 3 weeks and 1 week off. Usage: 20 minutes before meals, drink with still water or tea, do not take before bedtime.
