Hericium (also known as Lion's Mane) is a popular TCM remedy. Hericium Nupreme was grown in the Chinese province of Guangdong, which is considered the area with the best environmental conditions in China. In order to be absolutely sure of its quality, it was tested in the Czech Republic for the presence of microorganisms and heavy metals. Under the name Lion's Mane is a mushroom with the technical name Hericium (lat. Hericium). The mushroom is one of the jewels of TCM and in nature you would find it on the trunks of deciduous trees, especially beeches and oaks. In Asia, it is sought after for its unusual taste reminiscent of seafood. It is a very rare type of edible mushroom with a high content of bioactive substances. Usage: It is advisable to take Hericium 3 weeks a month and skip 1 week, or 5 days a week and take a 2-day break, preferably 20 minutes before meals, with still water or tea. Adults: 2-3 capsules daily Children: 1 capsule daily The mushroom is conveniently supplemented with vitamin C, which supports its effects.
