Horsetail is a gymnosperm, spore-bearing and perennial herb, growing up to 90 cm tall. In the Czech Republic, it is widespread from lowlands to mountainous areas. It is most commonly found as a field or meadow weed. It grows on moist sandy loam soils in pastures, embankments, slopes and forests. In some countries, such as Japan and Korea, horsetail buds are a common vegetable diet in the spring.

Horsetail supports the health of the urinary tract and liver and influences cardiovascular health – elasticity of the arteries. Horsetail is recommended for supporting the respiratory system. It has a mineralizing effect on the skin, hair and nails, refreshes the body and supports the body's resistance to external influences. Horsetail helps maintain normal joint health. It contributes to maintaining normal skin, hair and nail health, and supports excretion.

Recommended dosage: Adults 2 capsules 2 times a day, children from three years 1 capsule 2 times a day, 20 min. before meals.
Ingredients: 100% Equisetum arvense herba, 300 mg/capsule
Capsule coating: HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Storage: Keep in a dry and dark place, out of the reach of children.
Warning: Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under three years. Store in a safe place out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
