Hungarian spice is a very popular seasoning. It is a mildly spicy mixture that is particularly suitable for steaks, grilled meats, spicy sauces and goulash. Hungarian spice has a distinct peppery aroma enhanced by the scent of cumin. The taste is pleasantly peppery and slightly spicy, cumin-like.
Ingredients: Sea salt (max. 15%), sweet and hot paprika, cumin, onion, pepper.
Usage:
Hungarian spice is particularly suitable for grilled meats, vegetables and steaks. It is also suitable for goulash, pepper sauces, legumes, cabbage and goulash soups.
Hungarian grill
For four servings we need:
- 1 kg of meat,
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of Hungarian seasoning.
Procedure: Mix the Hungarian seasoning with oil and rub the slices of meat with this marinade, which we leave in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Then grill or fry on the grill and serve.
Storage: Keep dry and close carefully.
