You don't need more = "Whey Protein + Native Whey + Micellar Casein" in one package
In the formula of I love BIO Protein, the content of the two main protein sources is optimized in a ratio of 1:1. The first component is a non-denatured whey protein concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration of liquid whey, the second is a native milk concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration directly from cow's milk. Each dose thus offers an ideal mix containing both classic "whey protein" rich in glycomacropeptides, alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin and other fractions, as well as native milk protein including "native whey" and micellar casein. Compared to classic whey protein, native whey protein offers a slightly higher content of essential amino acids, while classic whey protein contains glycomacropeptides that are not contained in native whey protein at all, so a mix of both is an ideal solution. Of course, the product does not contain problematic caseinates, but only native micellar casein.

Ratio of fast -release) protein fractions and slow-release protein fractions in I love BIO Protein is optimized to a ratio of 3:2, so the product is suitable for any period of the day, including post-workout regeneration, or possibly as a so-called "second dinner". In other words, this means that 60% of the product consists of rapidly absorbable protein fractions and 40% of protein fractions with a gradual release of amino acids, which corresponds both to the latest findings in sports nutrition and to the human digestive tract and its typology.
It is a well-known fact that there are 2 main types of milk by origin: albuminous and casein. Albuminous milk is, for example, human milk, and it is here that fast proteins form the predominant part over slow proteins. The opposite is so-called casein milk, e.g. cow's milk, where slow proteins form the predominant part over fast proteins. Both types of proteins therefore have their own clear meaning and ratio, which is already given in the original state by "Mother Nature".
