Nordbo Instant Magnesium contains three organic (chelate binding), biologically highly available forms of magnesium. Magnesium bysglycinate contains magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, magnesium malate (malate) contains magnesium bound to malic acid, and magnesium lactate contains magnesium with lactate.
