Multigrain porridge is extraordinary for its balanced composition of ingredients used. These guarantee its favorable glycemic index and, due to the use of whole grains, it also has a high fiber content.

Ingredients:

Millet, barley groats, corn grits, oats, wheat, rye, corn germ. May contain traces of dry nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Preparation:

Add only warm milk or water and stir to the desired thickness. Do not boil any longer! Leave for 2-3 min. let stand and serve.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a relative humidity of up to 75% and a temperature of up to 30°C, closed, protect from direct sunlight.
