Ingredients:

Whole grain spelt. May contain traces of dry nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Instructions for preparation:

Add only warm milk or water and stir to the desired thickness. Do not boil anymore! Leave for 2-3 min. let stand and serve.

Store in a dry place at a relative humidity of up to 75% and a temperature of up to 30°C, closed, protect from direct sunlight.
