Inulin is a soluble fiber obtained from chicory root. The white powder with a sweet taste dissolves easily in common drinks. A suitable combination is herbal or real tea or juice. We do not recommend mixing it with carbonated drinks. You can add it to muesli, yogurt or pudding. Inulin passes through the digestive system unchanged to the large intestine.
