Mountain herbs bloom in spring despite the long and icy Alpine winter. Through evolution, they have acquired the perfect ability to resist wind and cold, and this is what makes them unique. Alpine herbs, a little natural cane sugar and then just refreshing lemon and lime juice create a balanced drink that refreshes in the summer when chilled and warms in the winter when heated in a water bath.
