MATCHA BIO is a unique Japanese ground green tea, the consumption of which dates back more than 800 years. It is also known as jade foam. According to historical literature, matcha is attributed with magical effects and is still part of traditional Japanese rituals. It is a finely ground green BIO tea, which is ground on granite stones at a rate of 40 g/h. Slow grinding guarantees perfect disruption of cell membranes, thus achieving maximum absorption of active ingredients and taste experience.

MATCHA BIO from Salvia Paradise® has a very delicate and smooth taste with a slightly sweet undertone and a minimal hint of bitterness. The aroma of BIO matcha is elegantly spring and fresh.

Green tea has been known to mankind for more than 5 thousand years and is perceived as a basic tea. The largest producers are China and Japan. It is part of Eastern medicine, where it is attributed magical effects. It is associated with many rituals and cultural traditions, especially in Southeast Asian countries. In general, green tea has a fresh aroma and a milder taste than black tea. Dried leaves should be green, firm and shiny. This is tea that has undergone minimal oxidation.

Chinese tea tree acts as an antioxidant and supports physical and mental activity. Drinking tea is suitable for maintaining healthy teeth, supports the condition of bones and skin. It is recommended for weight control, it is able to normalize blood glucose levels and fat metabolism. It supports normal heart health. Recommended preparation: Place 2-3 heaping cups of matcha in a bowl and pour over 75°C water. Use a bamboo whisk called a časen to whisk. Serve as soon as you get a thick foam. If you do not have the above-mentioned utensils, prepare quality organic matcha by mixing half a teaspoon (approx. 2-3 g) with 100 ml of 75°C water and whisk with a whisk. You can use a shaker. We recommend preparing iced tea by mixing one teaspoon of matcha with 250 ml of quality cold water in a shaker. Shake for half a minute and then serve.
