A tasty infusion is prepared from it, which, according to some claims, surpasses the effects of true ginseng. It is called the herb of immortality. It belongs to the group of antioxidants, and has the ability to cleanse the body from harmful substances.
It contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels, has an effect on liver health. It helps with stomach overacidification - it maintains a neutral pH. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, supports blood circulation, contributes to normal blood vessel function and helps maintain proper blood pressure values. Jiaogulan supports the body's natural defenses.
Traditional use:
We recommend trying the Matcha Tea-style preparation: Place 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 1 g) in a chavan bowl and pour water at a temperature of 75 °C. Use a bamboo whisk called a časen to whisk. Once sufficiently mixed, serve.
If we do not have the above utensils available, we can prepare high-quality jiaogulan matcha by mixing a quarter teaspoon (approx. 1 g) with 150 ml of water at 75 °C and whisk with a whisk. We can use a shaker. Try making iced tea by mixing a quarter teaspoon of jiaogulan matcha with 150 ml of good quality cold water in a shaker. Shake for half a minute and then serve.
