Product detailed description
Ziziphus zizyphus or jujube is a traditional Chinese plant that produces delicious fruits. It is even ranked among the oldest fruits used in traditional Chinese medicine. Jujube has been used for more than 4,000 years. Interestingly, jujube has only recently begun to be studied in Western medicine.
Dried jujube fruits have a delicious sweet, delicately rolled taste - similar to the taste of dates.
The provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on nutrition and health claims, do not allow us to inform you about the effects of these fruits on your body. Please find information about the effects in freely available sources or in the herbarium.
Traditional use: 10 g per day is consumed directly or cut jujube is added as a flavoring and sweetening ingredient to tea. It is advisable to divide the daily dose into two parts. One pitted jujube fruit weighs approximately 3.3 g.
