Sweet Potato Turmeric Spaghetti
Except for the fact that they both grow underground, sweet potatoes and potatoes have nothing in common. Sweet potatoes are considered one of the healthiest and most nutritious vegetables. After cooking, the faint orange color of this organic "pasta" is preserved. These colorful "pasta" are ideal for Asian dishes because after cooking they have the consistency of glass noodles.
Ingredients: 95% sweet potatoes*, 5% turmeric*.

Preparation: Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes until al dente.
