This paste is made from black Greek Kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sea salt and a pinch of oregano for flavoring. Thanks to the gentle preparation, the paste retains the full natural aroma and taste of black olives. We use olive paste whenever we want to add the taste and aroma of olives to a dish, it is also excellent as a spread on pastries, or in sandwiches with tomatoes, mozzarella and the like.
