Feeding instructions: Mix a measured amount of kelp into your regular diet. It is ideal to divide it into several doses during the day. To achieve maximum effect, kelp needs to be used long-term. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Dosage: 1/4 teaspoon per 10 kg of body weight daily.
