Antiparasitic collar suitable for small dogs with a length of 38 cm. Effective against fleas and ticks for up to 7 months.
Content of medicinal and other substances: Active substances - Propoxurum 1.250 g. Flumethrinum 0.280 g. Yellow collar covered with white powder.

Contraindications: Do not use in animals with skin injuries. Do not use in animals with mechanical obstruction of the digestive or urinary tract, bronchial asthma or other pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders, as carbamates may induce smooth muscle contraction. Do not use in puppies under 3 months of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Adverse reactions: The frequency of adverse reactions is defined using the following convention:
- very common (more than 1 in 10 animals displaying adverse reactions during the course of one treatment)
- common (more than 1 but less than 10 in 100 animals)
- uncommon (more than 1 but less than 10 in 1,000 animals)
- rare (more than 1 but less than 10 in 10,000 animals)
- very rare (less than 1 in 10,000 animals, including isolated reports).
Very rarely, behavioral signs such as restlessness or lethargy may be observed. In very rare cases, reactions such as itching, redness, lesions and hair loss occur at the collar application site. In very rare cases, some animals may experience mild itching or redness of the skin after application of the collar. Very rarely, symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea or salivation may occur after oral exposure. If you notice any serious adverse reactions or other reactions not listed in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.
Target species:Dogs.
Dosage and method of administration:One collar of 38 cm (12.5 g) is intended for small dogs. For external use only.
Instructions for correct administration:The effect of the collar begins 24 hours after application of the collar. The collar must be worn continuously for a protection period of 7 months. It works both when moving and when standing still. Remove the collar before shampooing or when the dog is swimming and put it on when the coat is dry. Remove the collar from the protective bag just before putting it on. Unroll the collar and remove any pieces of plastic connectors. Put the collar on the animal's neck so that it is not too tight (when put on correctly, 2 fingers can be inserted under the collar). Thread the free end of the collar through the loop and cut off the excess part 2 cm behind the loop. Regularly check that the collar is tightened correctly. Animals with matted, matted or oily fur should be bathed and shampooed before putting on the collar. If the collar gets wet repeatedly (rain, swimming, bathing), this may affect its effectiveness. The effectiveness and duration of the collar's effect depend on the length, density and condition of the coat and the degree of parasite infestation. If the effectiveness of the collar decreases, it may be necessary to replace it before the declared duration of effectiveness has expired. When fleas infest the animal's surroundings (beds, carpets, curtains, etc.) are often also infested. It is therefore recommended to treat the area with appropriate flea products and regularly vacuum the area around the animal. This measure reduces the infestation of the surroundings and extends the protection against new flea infestations in dogs.
Withdrawal period: Not intended for food-producing animals.
Special precautions for storage: Store out of the reach of children. This veterinary medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use this veterinary medicinal product after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
Special warnings: Ticks usually die and fall off the host within 3 days of infestation without sucking blood. During therapy, isolated ticks may attach. Under adverse conditions, the transmission of infectious diseases by ticks cannot be clearly prevented. Store separately from food and feed. Special precautions for use in animals - The collar is an acaricide and insecticide intended for external use. Prevent the animal from chewing the collar. Avoid contact of the collar or the powder on the collar with the animal's eyes or nose.
Special precautions for persons administering the veterinary medicinal product to animals - The product contains a carbamate. In case of toxic symptoms, seek medical advice immediately and show the package leaflet or the label to the general practitioner. People with known hypersensitivity to propoxur or flumethrin or to any of the excipients should avoid contact with the collar. Avoid contact of the collar with the skin and eyes. In case of skin, eye or respiratory tract irritation, seek medical advice and show the package leaflet or the label to the general practitioner. Do not drink, eat or smoke when handling the collar. Animals with collars should not come into contact with toddlers and young children. Do not allow young children to touch, play with, or put the collar in their mouths. Do not allow animals wearing this collar to sleep with their owners, especially children. Store the bag with the collar in a cardboard box until use. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling the collar.
Additional precautions
The product may have long-term adverse effects on aquatic organisms.
Do not allow dogs wearing a medicated collar to swim in watercourses.
Use during pregnancy
The safety of the product for use during pregnancy has not been established. There was no evidence of embryotoxic and teratogenic effects or reproductive toxicity for either active substance.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
Treatment with other acaricides or insecticides is not recommended while wearing the collar.
Overdose (symptoms, first aid, antidote), if necessary
Due to the nature of the collar, the occurrence of clinical symptoms caused by an overdose of the active substances is unlikely. No local or systemic adverse effects (clinical biochemistry, hematology, cholinesterase, urinary status, behavioral parameters) were observed when 2 collars were used simultaneously in dogs of different breeds, ages, or weights.
Symptoms of carbamate poisoning, such as salivation, pupil constriction, vomiting, or diarrhea, may occur, especially if the animal chews or ingests the collar.
If clinical signs of carbamate poisoning occur, treatment requires symptomatic measures and intravenous administration of the antidote atropine.
For animals only.
