Kimchi paste is ready to use on your favorite kimchi vegetable mix. Simply wrap the vegetables in the paste and let them ferment for a few days to your liking. The amount of paste is enough for 2-3 kg of vegetables. The paste can also be used to marinate meat, or mixed into your favorite pasta or rice.
