Kimchi is a traditional Korean specialty. It is an unpasteurized fermented milk mixture of vegetables, which is traditionally seasoned with fish sauce, garlic and chili peppers. In this vegan version, fish sauce is omitted and chili is not added, so that customers who do not like spicy flavors can also enjoy this specialty. Kimchi is served as a side dish or salad, and can also be used to season cooked dishes. Kimchi Sarwu is handmade according to the original Korean recipe and is very popular for its unique authentic taste. The product is not pasteurized.
