Kimchi Vítovo vegan 500 g VIK PRODUCT

Kimchi is a traditional Korean specialty. It is an unpasteurized milk-fermented mixture of vegetables, which is traditionally seasoned with fish sauce, garlic and chili peppers. In this vegan version, however, the fish sauce is replaced with shiitake sponge. Kimchi is served as a side dish or salad, and can also be used to season cooked dishes. The declared Vítovo kimchi is handmade by Mr. Vít Kabelek according to the original Korean recipe. The product is not pasteurized. If the lid is bulging, this is a phenomenon accompanying fermentation and is not a defect. CONTENTS: 500 g Czech Republic
INGREDIENTS: Chinese cabbage, radish, chili pepper, garlic, onion, shiitake mushroom, rice flour, spring onion, ginger, sea salt.
