Kombucha Jasmine is a delicious and refreshing fermented drink with a sweet and sour taste and a delicate jasmine aroma. The basis of this drink is an infusion of green tea with fragrant jasmine flowers and a live kombucha culture, the sweet taste is only given by apple juice. This drink is not sweetened with sugar, does not contain any dyes or added aromas.
Kombucha comes from East Asia, it is a symbiotic formation that forms colonies of bacteria and yeast. In ancient China, it was considered a gift from God. Traditionally, kombucha is made from black tea, sugar and tea fungus. Green tea kombucha has not only a refreshing but also a very invigorating taste.
